Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure real-time audio quality, annotate the record with speaker IDs.
• Maintain secure, organized records adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Upload and submit audio files and annotations through secure systems on time.
• Coordinate with scheduling and production teams for on-time delivery.
• Represent Neal R. Gross and Co. professionally in all proceedings.
• Interact with federal, state government and private sector clients.
