• Capture clear and complete digital audio recordings of legal proceedings.
• Administer oaths and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Monitor audio quality in real time and annotate the record with speaker IDs.
• Maintain secure, organized records and ensure timely submission of files.
• Communicate scheduling and production needs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Represent NRGCO professionally in all proceedings with high-level clients.
• Pass security screening for access to client sites, including government buildings.
