Responsibilities include logging speaker identifications, handling exhibits, swearing in deponents, and staying calm and neutral during proceedings while assisting clients with AV issues in person or remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of the legal industry preferred.
• Two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Comfort with A/V technologies and digital recording.

Responsibilities

• Set up audio/video equipment in new environments.
• Position microphones for optimal audio capture.
• Monitor and mix multiple audio tracks.
• Ensure proper video framing per legal norms.
• Assist clients with audio/video issues remotely.
• Log key events, spellings, exhibits, and objections.
• Swear in deponents and record testimony under oath.
• Maintain calm, neutral, and professional demeanor.
