Qualifications

• 0–3 years relevant experience in online marketing/retail/e-commerce.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
• Candidates may also have background in software development, marketing coordination, QA, or content management for retail websites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Merchant Content and Sales Teams to ensure merchant offer accuracy.
• Enter and publish online content and perform QA on placements and launches.
• Add merchant offers into the content management tool and verify accuracy.
• Communicate successes, opportunities and solutions to Merchant Account Owners.
• Support Merchant Services/Client Services teams to ensure rewards rates and placements are correct.
• Execute end-to-end feature and process verification before production launches.
• Assist on special projects, new launches, and promotions.
• Communicate important updates to customer service regarding website and campaign content.
• Troubleshoot site issues with management guidance.
