Job summary

Cartera – A Rakuten Company in Lexington, MA is seeking an Account Manager to support major loyalty programs across the US and Canada. You will manage a portfolio of key client accounts and drive revenue through daily emails, weekly status meetings, and quarterly strategy reviews.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to ensure on-time, high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting or leading external client partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation experience.
• Ability to analyze program performance and translate insights into improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, or related field; 10% domestic travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to a portfolio of accounts and drive revenue alignment.
• Plan, develop, cross-sell and execute initiatives to enhance program performance.
• Act as liaison between Client and internal departments (Marketing, Analytics, Product).
• Lead regular client calls to review performance and marketing efforts.
• Develop knowledge of Cartera products to support solution pitching at the right time.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
