Job summary

WVTM is seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager in Birmingham, AL to lead the station's digital strategy across our website and social platforms. You will manage online content, guide initiatives, and coordinate with newsroom leadership to produce engaging, real-time coverage.

As a senior member of the newsroom management team, reporting to the News Director, you will drive audience growth, optimize SEO, and mentor staff on best practices for digital content production.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital content management.
• Working knowledge of digital technology.
• Familiarity with digital analytics.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Responsibilities

• Manage online content and operations across digital platforms.
• Develop and guide execution of strategies to meet digital goals.
