Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience, or 9–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting construction, commissioning, startup, turnover, quality, or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, configuration, and administration of Smart Completions and CSU applications.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and maintenance of completion and turnover data.
• Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and guidance for project teams.
• Conduct user training and onboarding for field and office personnel.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Generate standard reports and dashboards to support project execution and management.
• Document business processes and lessons learned.
