Job summary

Temple University’s Institutional Advancement is seeking a Coordinator, Digital Communications to support digital initiatives and maintain the primary website and campaign microsites. The role reports to the Associate Director, Website Management and follows SOPs to fulfill requests across events and fundraising platforms.

The position involves managing online event pages, forms, and reports via Monday.com, contributing to Homecoming and Giving Day campaigns, with a hybrid on-campus/remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years in Marketing/Communications, with emphasis on digital.
• Familiarity with web CMS technologies.
• Basic understanding of HTML and web design.

Responsibilities

• Support digital communications initiatives for Temple University IA.
• Maintain and update alumni.temple.edu and related digital properties.
• Assist with campaign site builds and tactical digital plans.
