Job summary

The Bluebird Group in Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking an Operations Intern - Digital Commerce to support day-to-day tasks across major eCommerce and retail platforms, helping keep client items accurate, available, and functioning.

You will learn the systems and processes behind digital commerce, manage listings, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and contribute to a semester-long process improvement project while gaining hands-on experience with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• Interest in building experience in eCommerce, retail, digital commerce, operations, or supply chain.
• Nice to have coursework or experience related to eCommerce or retail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of client items across major eCommerce and retail platforms.
• Help ensure product listings are accurate, functioning correctly, and available for customers.
• Troubleshoot item, listing, and operational issues within retailer platforms.
• Learn the operational requirements of different eCommerce platforms.
• Build knowledge of retail attributes such as GTINs and retailer-specific information.
