Job summary

Textron seeks a Digital Services Intern to gain hands-on experience while contributing to real projects alongside seasoned professionals. You will support Salesforce and E‑Commerce applications, analyze patterns, and help automate digital processes across multiple brands.

This paid 10‑week internship includes mentorship and opportunities for development. Education in marketing or related field, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related degree program.

Responsibilities

• Triage and provide continual user support and operational support of Salesforce and E‑Commerce applications.
• Analyze customer patterns and tool utilization to grow system use with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on process analysis and automation for digital experiences initiatives across functional areas.
• Identify and document discrepancies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and assist with assigned projects with good time management.
