Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in eCommerce / Digital Marketing.
• 2+ years leading teams or projects.
• Strong financial acumen and revenue analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce strategy including social commerce and shoppable media.
• Collaborate with packaging teams and agencies on retail innovation.
• Set metrics, guidelines, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Improve content, SEO, and ecommerce paid search.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
