Job summary

Cabot Hosiery Mills seeks a Sales Manager, Digital & Marketplace to drive our Pure Play Digital and Marketplace sales across Amazon and other digital partners. You will oversee account management, develop strategic growth initiatives, and protect brand integrity in a multi-channel environment.

The role reports to the Director of Digital Commerce and requires expertise in e-commerce ecosystems, with travel as needed to support key partners and markets.

Qualifications

• BA or MBA required.
• 7–10 years of sales leadership experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Digital & Marketplace sales strategy.
• Manage Pure Play Digital accounts and Marketplace partners.
• Lead Amazon Marketplace and FBA relationship management.
• Create recommendations for 3-year Digital Commerce growth.
• Analyze digital sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and E‑Commerce for consistent online branding.
