Cabot Hosiery Mills seeks a Sales Manager, Digital & Marketplace to drive our Pure Play Digital and Marketplace sales across Amazon and other digital partners. You will oversee account management, develop strategic growth initiatives, and protect brand integrity in a multi-channel environment.
The role reports to the Director of Digital Commerce and requires expertise in e-commerce ecosystems, with travel as needed to support key partners and markets.
Founded in 1978, Cabot Hosiery Mills is an American manufacturer of premium socks with uncompromised comfort, durability, and fit. With a family of brands including Darn Tough Vermont, Wide Open, and Cabot & Sons, our mission is to make the world’s best socks, in Vermont, USA, and back them with our Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee. We are family owned, three generations strong, and have yet to produce our best sock.
As we continue to accelerate our digital commerce strategy, Cabot Hosiery Mills is seeking a Sales Manager, Digital & Marketplace to oversee and grow our Pure Play Digital and Marketplace business. This position will lead account management and strategic development across a portfolio that includes Amazon Marketplace partners, and key digital retailers such as Zappos, GovX, Backcountry, and other emerging online channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce, digital retail, marketplace ecosystems, online merchandising, and digital consumer behavior. This person understands how to operate in a multi-channel sales environment and can manage around/through channel conflicts that may arise with the intent of making decisions that are best for the business and not only the channel. Experience working within the Amazon ecosystem is strongly preferred.
Beyond managing day-to-day account performance, this role will develop and lead the company's long-term Digital and Marketplace strategy, helping shape how our brands are represented online while identifying profitable growth opportunities and protecting brand integrity. The role reports directly to the Director of Digital Commerce.
