Job summary

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is seeking a Digital Collections Representative for our downtown Chicago office. This full-time, non-exempt role supports a new department, with in-office hours Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM. Compensation includes base salary and a monthly bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, communicating with clients to resolve collections, and handling inquiries from clients, customers, or attorneys via email.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word.
• Knowledge of JST a plus.
• Prior law firm experience.
• Prior banking or logistics experience also a plus.

Digital Collections Representative - Downtown Chicago

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We currently have multiple openings for our newly created department in our downtown Chicago office.

This a full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM. In-Office

This salary range for this position is between $20-$22/HR DOE AND BONUS ELIGIBLE.
