Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• For facilities that sell firearms, position may require successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify goals and measure progress.
• Hire and train associates; provide recognition and promote a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and integrity standards.
