• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
• Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities and promoting continuous learning.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
