Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and promote a high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinate and oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory flow to meet sales and profit goals.
• Promote a culture of belonging and deliver exceptional customer service across all levels.
