Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and performance management for associates.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies, ethics, and integrity while promoting a culture of belonging.

Education

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
