BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Director, DTC Innovation & Digital Health to shape the strategy for our next-generation patient experiences for individuals affected by hematologic malignancies. Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, biotech, or digital health.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
• Strong ability to define strategy and deliver scalable, compliant products.
• Deep technical fluency with Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud, analytics, CMS, and web architecture.

Aufgaben

• Build content and tools for patients, caregivers, and HCPs with CLL, WM, MZL, MCL, FL.
• Define strategy linking patients to clinical trial opportunities with ClinOps and Medical Affairs.
• Liaise with Patient Advocacy to ensure patient voices are reflected in digital experiences.
• Partner with engineering, UX research, design, marketing, and data science to deliver scalable experiences.
• Manage reporting and dashboards for CLL Navigator.
• Use data, experimentation, and user research to identify friction points and improve engagement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including engagement, satisfaction, performance, accessibility, and conversion.
• Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, and WCAG compliance while maintaining frictionless UX.
• Drive agile execution, sprint planning, and release management with internal and external partners.
• Champion a customer-first culture balancing impact with empathy, inclusion, and accessibility.
• Expand CLL Navigator social media presence and partnerships with patient advocacy groups.
• Drive KOL engagement for unbranded and branded content generation and medical education.
