Job summary

EverBank, N.A. is a nationwide specialty bank offering online and branch services to consumer and commercial clients. The Digital Account Operations Specialist reviews new client applications and handles complex change requests in a regulated environment.

Under supervision, you will support banking professionals and ensure tasks are completed on time while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing and processing client applications under KYC, CIP, OFAC rules.
• Ability to validate information through third-party verification tools.
• Proven accuracy in research and handling complex onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new client applications per regulatory requirements.
• Validate client information using LexisNexis and Experian.
• Perform advanced application research before onboarding and respond to inquiries.
