Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail banking with teller operations and cash handling.
• Proficient in operational and universal banking functions for smooth branch activities.
• Able to assist consumer and small business clients and open new accounts with personalized service.
• Proven ability to acquire, retain, and deepen client relationships through consultative engagement and tailored financial solutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Promotes financial services suitable for the client based on profiling, identifying client needs, and partnering with specialists.
• Performs cash vault and/or other financial centre operational responsibilities as directed.
• Assists clients with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Works as a key team member to help the financial centre achieve its business plan.
• Exceeds client expectations by owning and prioritizing client needs.
