Qualifications

• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across all levels; facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term product roadmap as part of a larger business strategy.
• Lead team collaboration to manage and prioritize product roadmaps and releases.
• Collaborate to resolve conflicts and ensure business outcomes are linked to goals.
• Identify and track KPIs to monitor product health and drive improvements.
• Engage customers to uncover needs and translate into testable hypotheses.
• Develop operational plans with cross-functional teams.
