Job summary

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans seeks a Manager, Product to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Application Fulfillment across Life, Health, and Annuity within Insurance Operations. This leader will modernize applications, workflows, services, and integrations to reduce friction and improve advisor and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for Application Fulfillment across Life, Health, and Annuity.
• Lead and develop three product practitioners with coaching and growth opportunities.
• Coach practitioners and stakeholders in good product practices across discovery, delivery, and measurement.
• Prioritize investments across multiple products balancing value, modernization, and dependencies.
• Drive measurable outcomes by improving cycle time, automation, and advisor/client experiences.
