Thrivent Financial is seeking a Manager, Product to define and advance the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Application Fulfillment across Life, Health, and Annuity within Thrivent’s Insurance Operations portfolio. You will lead modernization of applications, workflows, services, and integrations to speed processing and improve client-advisor experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant business experience with product management or ownership.
• Experience in life, health, or annuities insurance domains and operations.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into measurable roadmaps and outcomes.
• A proven coach and facilitator across business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for Application Fulfillment in Life/Health/Annuity.
• Lead and develop three product practitioners, fostering high performance.
• Balance modernization priorities with operational performance and dependencies.
• Partner across domains to simplify workflows and improve integration.
• Establish product health metrics and drive improvements in cycle time and experiences.
