You will own long-term roadmaps, drive cross-functional collaboration, measure KPIs, coach teams, and ensure outcomes align with Thrivent's strategic goals while maintaining client value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years relevant business experience in product management or similar.
• Understanding of iterative software development processes.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Passion for new technology and trends.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and influence across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Owns long-term product roadmap as part of business strategy.
• Ensures execution of strategies through roadmaps.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to manage roadmaps and releases.
• Collaborates to resolve conflicts constructively.
• Ensures business outcomes are linked to broader goals.
• Identifies and tracks evergreen KPIs to improve experiences.
• Coaches product teams and stakeholders on improvements.
• Tracks KPIs to deliver business value.
• Ensures roadmaps fit capacity constraints and maximize customer value.
• Engages with customers to translate needs into testable hypotheses.
• Collaborates across teams to rollout operational plans.
• Researches industry trends to boost effectiveness.
• Maintains and applies advanced knowledge of product management.
• Recruits and develops a high-performing team aligned to Thrivent values.
