Job summary

Bank of America in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Sr Claims Analyst (Digital Claims) to resolve day‑to‑day complex claims, conduct in‑depth analyses for fraud and non‑fraud cases, and make decisions based on policy, procedures and judgment.

You will educate clients, set expectations, or deny the claim, document data accurately, and collaborate with partners while working the 6:00 am–5:00 pm shift. Strong problem solving, communication, and a customer‑centric mindset are essential.

• Experience in a Customer Service or Client Facing Environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Claims by investigating and deciding on claim matters.
• Follow up with clients either verbally or through written communication.
• Educate and communicate claim decisions to clients.
• Record data captured during client interactions accurately.
• Operate within the 6:00 am–5:00 pm shift window (8-hour shift).
