Job summary

Citi is seeking a Digital Channel Lead Analyst in Charlotte to lead Citi Existing Marketing strategies across Citi’s online platforms. You will drive audience-driven campaigns in Acquisitions, Personal Banking and Wealth Management, delivering revenue through relevant product offers.

The role requires 6–10 years in marketing/financial services with strong project management, communication and organizational skills, including experience with Pega.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
• Digital experience preferably within Pega is a plus.
• Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for audience and creative workstreams to deliver digital marketing programs across Acquisitions, Personal Banking and Wealth Management.
• Ensure delivery of relevant creative messaging within the platform and leverage real-time data to enhance marketing strategies and opportunities.
• Partner to generate accurate audience and work with tools (PEGA) and 3rd party partners to build comprehensive strategies.
• Aid in reviewing campaign specifications and perform data and code validations to ensure audience meets business requirements.
• Develop resources and documentation to help marketers execute campaigns timely while adhering to Citi compliance and controls standards.
• Collaborate with technical platform teams (PEGA and Aprimo) to ensure campaign execution through agile scrum teams with minimal hurdles.
• Support audits and ensure understanding of regulatory requirements for related activities.
