Job summary

OUTFRONT Media is seeking a Client Success Specialist to drive day-to-day campaign success for digital campaigns in close partnership with Digital Strategy Leadership, Account Executives, Ad Operations, and Clients. You will translate strategy into executable plans, build proposals and goals, and monitor delivery and performance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Direct experience in client success, account management, or sales support in digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital campaign setup, delivery monitoring, reporting and post-sale execution.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign execution for assigned digital campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Build proposals and impression goals once requirements are clarified.
• Validate goals, delivery expectations, targeting, timing, and budget inputs before launch.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and overall health; identify risks early.
• Provide weekly and ad hoc reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Lead post-campaign recaps highlighting results and renewal opportunities.
• Translate outcomes into actionable recommendations to drive retention and revenue growth.
