Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a Digital Account Manager to drive digital advertising revenue for Outdoor Sportsman Group. You will manage all aspects of campaigns, from planning to reporting, across multiple platforms.

Requires 3+ years in account management, strong knowledge of digital media concepts, and excellent communication. This is a full-time role with competitive salary and benefits, based in the USA with multiple market exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in account management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in digital advertising/media environment.
• Knowledge of media planning, ad ops workflows, and ad tech.
• Experience coordinating complex campaigns from planning to completion.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• Excellent project management and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop media plans, proposals, and campaign recommendations.
• Manage post-sale campaign lifecycle: order intake, assets, launch, optimization, reporting, invoicing.
• Coordinate campaign launches ensuring assets, targeting, tracking, deliverables are in place.
• Partner with Account Executives to manage client expectations and timelines.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Pricing & Planning, Marketing, Editorial, Creative Services, Research and Finance.
• Maintain detailed records within CRM and campaign management systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client service practices.
