Qualifications

• BDC or Internet Sales experience required.
• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in a BDC/Internet team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage internet, phone, and digital leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Lead and develop BDC processes and follow-up strategies.
• Set and monitor showroom appointments.
• Improve appointment show rates and lead conversion.
• Monitor BDC performance and individual team results.
• Utilize the dealership CRM daily.
• Track lead activity, appointments, follow-up, and results.
• Work closely with Sales Management and the showroom team.
