Job summary

Perficient is seeking a Senior Technology Program Manager to lead a digital banking platform migration for a Charlotte, NC client onsite. You will own governance, program roadmap, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting to ensure successful delivery.

You will coordinate across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams, manage budgets, testing, release management, and stakeholder alignment with a focus on delivering within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years leading large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
• Banking, digital banking, or financial services experience is required.
• Experience with FIS products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance for the digital banking transformation.
• Manage program roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
• Oversee resource planning, testing/QA, release management, and budget tracking.
• Drive issue resolution and align vendor and internal teams.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and report to executive leadership.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
