Job summary

Perficient is seeking a Senior Technology Program Manager to lead a digital banking platform migration for a Charlotte, NC client onsite. You will own governance, program roadmap, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting to ensure successful delivery.

You will coordinate across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams, manage budgets, testing, release management, and stakeholder alignment with a focus on delivering within scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years leading large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
• Banking, digital banking, or financial services experience is required.
• Experience with FIS products is preferred.

Perficient has a sub-contracting opportunity for a Senior Technology Program Manager to support a digital banking client onsite in Charlotte, NC. You will be leading the overall digital banking platform migration program, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, budgets, timelines, and delivery activities. Your primary responsibility is to ensure successful implementation of the selected digital banking platform while representing the client's interests.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance for the digital banking transformation initiative.
• Manage program roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
• Oversee resource planning, testing/QA, release management, and budget tracking.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and communicate program status to executive leadership.
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years managing large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
• Banking, digital banking, or financial services experience a must.
• Experience with FIS products preferred
• Strong vendor management and executive stakeholder management skills.
