Busey is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to act as a trusted customer advocate and drive adoption of digital offerings through proactive support. You will handle inquiries across phone, chat and email, work to resolve issues, and help customers navigate banking products and services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Banking experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical, troubleshooting and service support via phone, chat and email.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• De-escalate dissatisfied customers with patient assistance.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of bank operations and information.
• Inform and refer customers for products and services.
• Perform outbound calls to deliver exceptional service.
