Job summary

Sikorsky Credit Union is seeking a Digital Services Supervisor in Stratford, CT. The role leads the Digital Banking team, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality member experiences while improving workflows and processes.

Responsibilities include guiding members in online banking, resolving complex issues, and coordinating with Digital Banking and Member Solutions teams to align priorities and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is preferred.
• Familiarity with state/federal regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; supervisory experience a plus.
• Must obtain CT Producer License within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Digital Service Representatives and Digital Solutions Specialists.
• Monitor daily operations to meet targets for response time and member satisfaction.
• Originate, process, and fund new membership and deposit account requests.
• Promote products and services to members.
• Guide members in online banking, bill pay, and mobile banking, resolving complex issues.
