The position centers on supervising Digital Service Representatives and Digital Solutions Specialists, promoting products, and ensuring high-quality member experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises Digital Service Representatives and Digital Solutions Specialists while serving as a key resource for the Digital Banking team.
• Monitors daily operations and team performance against targets for response time, issue resolution, and member satisfaction.
• Originates, processes, and funds new membership and deposit account requests per policies.
• Promote products and services to members.
• Collaborate across teams to align priorities and workflow needs.
