Job summary

Sikorsky Credit Union in Connecticut is seeking a Digital Services Supervisor to lead the Digital Banking team, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier member experiences. The role includes overseeing online banking, bill pay, and mobile banking support while handling complex issues.

You will guide members and staff, monitor performance, promote products, and collaborate with the Digital Banking Manager to align priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience; production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Must obtain CT Producer License (Credit Insurance) within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises Digital Service Representatives and Digital Solutions Specialists; mentors staff to meet goals and improve member experiences.
• Monitors daily operations to ensure targets for response time, issue resolution, and member satisfaction.
• Originates, processes, and funds new membership and deposit account requests per policies and procedures.
• Promotes products and services to members.
• Collaborates with Team Lead and Manager to align priorities and staffing across teams for consistent service.
• Provides expert guidance to members on online, bill pay, and mobile banking; resolves complex issues.
• Resolves escalated member inquiries with timely, creative solutions and research.
