Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver an excellent, compliant client experience.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and NMLS registration where applicable.
