Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks an Online Banking Operations Associate I to provide high-level operational and technical support for digital products. You will guide front-line staff, resolve inquiries via phone and email, and maintain accuracy in daily digital banking tasks.

Responsibilities include handling bill pay and online enrollment processes, monitoring 360 View incidents, and collaborating with internal teams to prevent risk while delivering quality client service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Less than 1 year related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of bank products and services and communicates them effectively to staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate enrollments for online banking and bill pay to prevent risk and ensure only applicable accounts are attached.
• Manage bill pay maintenance and client notifications.
• Monitor, manage, and facilitate online banking 360 View incidents.
• Provide online banking expertise to bank employees via phone, email, and incident requests.
• Identify and report potential risks and fraudulent activities.
