Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate online banking enrollments and ensure correct account attachments.

• Oversee 360 View incident tracking and resolution process.
• Assist with I-Statement exceptions and account status reviews.
• Provide timely guidance to internal staff to resolve customer inquiries.
