First Commerce Bank in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist I to support onboarding of retail and business customers through digital channels. The role focuses on digital account opening, Salesforce CRM, and intra-bank processes.

Starting salary is $45,000 and negotiable based on experience. The position requires a high school diploma or higher with IT/business/accounting emphasis, plus at least two years of related banking experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or higher with IT/Business/Accounting emphasis.
• 2+ years of related experience in banking or digital onboarding.
• Strong English literacy, writing and math; customer service focus.
• Proficient PC skills; ability to learn job-specific software.

Responsabilidades

• Perform digital banking onboarding for retail and business customers via digital channels.
• Execute Digital Account Opening and Salesforce CRM tasks and reports.
• Manage ICS/CDARS accounts, including setup and close requests.
• Address other FI account requests and assist training activities.
• Support business process admin duties and risk/compliance tasks.
