Job summary

Northwest Community Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to support digital banking platforms, campaigns, and customer engagement. This in-office role focuses on driving adoption and utilization of online and mobile banking while collaborating with IT and marketing teams in Winsted, CT.

The role requires 2–5 years in digital banking or related fields and a Bachelor’s degree. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years in digital banking, financial services, digital marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with CMS, email marketing platforms, and digital analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and ongoing enhancement of digital banking platforms.
• Develop and execute campaigns promoting digital banking products and adoption.
• Monitor usage, engagement, and campaign performance; provide growth recommendations.
• Assist in increasing enrollment and awareness of online/mobile banking and digital payments.
• Support initiatives for debit/credit card and digital payment products.
• Coordinate content for customer communications, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Retail Banking, Treasury, Deposit Operations, IT, and others to support digital initiatives.
• Assist with implementation, testing, and rollout of new digital features.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across digital channels.
• Support reporting, analytics, and performance measurement.
