Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist to partner with financial institutions from data gathering through go-live. You will guide customers through configuration, testing, and training to ensure successful deployments.

You will stay current on product enhancements, lead cross-functional teams, and drive smooth implementations with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description: As a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist , you'll play a critical role in helping financial institutions successfully deploy CSI's digital banking solutions. You'll partner directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, guiding them through data gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, managing multiple projects, and helping banks maximize the value of their digital banking technology investments.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
