Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist to partner with financial institutions from data gathering through go-live. You will guide customers through configuration, testing, and training to ensure successful deployments.

You will stay current on product enhancements, lead cross-functional teams, and drive smooth implementations with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects.
Introduce customers to CSI digital banking solutions and implementation processes.
Gather implementation requirements and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Conduct data gathering sessions to understand file movement and system configuration needs.
Configure applications and support system setup activities.
Lead testing and review sessions with financial institution customers.
Deliver training and support customers through the go-live process.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure a successful transition.
Stay current on product enhancements and new functionality.
