Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience managing multiple project engagements.
• Experience supporting internal and/or customer‑facing projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand infrastructure‑related projects and effectively collaborate with technical teams.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.

Job Description: Project Managers are responsible for the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing CSI internal, departmental, and customer facing projects with new and existing customers with the overall accountability for the success for projects assigned. In addition to direct project management responsibilities, this role provides portfolio management and oversight for a high-volume portfolio of smaller, repeatable projects. This includes maintaining visibility across the portfolio, coordinating priorities and assignments, monitoring progress and capacity, identifying projects requiring attention, and providing portfolio‑level reporting and insights to support effective delivery.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Initiation Drives effective hand over from project sponsor
• Executes kick-off meeting

Portfolio Management Responsibilities

• Maintains visibility across a high-volume portfolio of smaller, repeatable projects, monitoring status, key milestones, priorities, risks, and expected completion dates.
• Coordinates project intake, assignment, prioritization, and sequencing to support customer commitments, business priorities, and efficient delivery.
• Proactively identifies projects that are stalled, at risk, or not progressing as expected and drives appropriate follow‑up, intervention, and escalation.
• Monitors workload and resource capacity across the portfolio, identifying constraints, competing priorities, and potential impacts to delivery.
• Provides portfolio‑level reporting and insights to leadership, highlighting overall health, trends, risks, throughput, upcoming demand, and areas requiring attention or decisions.
• Drives consistency in project execution, portfolio data quality, and timely project closure while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Qualifications
