Job summary

CSI is seeking a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist to guide financial institutions through data gathering, configuration, testing, training and go-live of CSI’s digital banking solutions. You’ll partner directly with customers, manage multiple projects, and ensure successful transitions.

You will train customers, lead go-live activities and provide post-implementation support while staying current on product enhancements and new functionality. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

As a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in helping financial institutions successfully deploy CSI’s digital banking solutions. You’ll partner directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, guiding them through data gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, managing multiple projects, and helping banks maximize the value of their digital banking technology investments.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
