Job summary

CSI is seeking a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist to guide financial institutions through data gathering, configuration, testing, training and go-live of CSI’s digital banking solutions. You’ll partner directly with customers, manage multiple projects, and ensure successful transitions.

You will train customers, lead go-live activities and provide post-implementation support while staying current on product enhancements and new functionality. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects.
• Introduce customers to CSI digital banking solutions and implementation processes.
• Gather implementation requirements and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Conduct data gathering sessions to understand file movement and system configuration needs.
• Configure applications and support system setup activities.
• Lead testing and review sessions with financial institution customers.
• Deliver training and support customers through the go-live process.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure a successful transition.
• Stay current on product enhancements and new functionality.
