Job summary

Park State Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to support and administer the bank’s consumer digital banking platform, including the Banno Digital Platform. You will troubleshoot issues, onboard users, and partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience across online and mobile channels.

This role works within the Jack Henry SilverLake environment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with customer needs and bank standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms (Banno preferred).
• Familiarity with core banking systems, Jack Henry SilverLake.
• Knowledge of Banno platform, online/mobile banking, statements and payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for consumer digital banking, login help and enrollment guidance.
• Maintain daily operations within Banno and related systems.
• Assist with testing, updates and integrations of digital banking features.
• Create training materials and assist staff on digital banking processes.
