Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service, retail, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with banking products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately.
• Proficient in basic office skills and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, on-screen, over the phone and in writing.
• Ability to think logically, resolve problems, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with multiple systems.
• Familiarity with electronic forms of communication (phone, video, email).

Responsibilities

• Delivers fast, easy, and personal client service per company standards with each interaction.
• Work as part of a team of client-facing associates with professional, client-focused orientation.
• Provide front-line client support through multiple service requests via email, Secure Mail, Web Chat or other Digital Banking channels.
• Process client requests and product applications through web forms, email, fax, and online applications.
• Process inquiries including Reg E, Stop Payments, ACH inquiries, account information, and close accounts.
• Establish new accounts: perform due diligence, process applications, and deliver fulfillment materials.
• Process secured credit card collateral accounts and refer to credit department.
• Maintain professional appearance in all interactions.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and logs are accurate and up-to-date.
• Protect client information and bank trade secrets; adhere to policies.
