Responsibilities

• Engage customers per Benchmark Service Standards and cross-sell when suitable.
• Build and maintain relationships to increase customer loyalty.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and securely.
• Balance ITMs daily and follow bank policies and security procedures.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and adhere to regulatory requirements.
