Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Digital Business Analyst II to support Finxact and Savana integrations, drive core configuration, and collaborate with product to shape the roadmap for new features. You’ll translate business needs into technical specifications, document BRDs and user stories, and manage testing across channels.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in business analysis, banking experience, and strong API/Cloud proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of business analysis, with 2+ in banking.
• Hands-on with Finxact or another modern core and API-driven platforms.
• Experience with Savana or similar digital banking platforms connected to core.
• Understanding of bank operations and core configuration knowledge.
• Experience with APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger specs; testing with Postman.
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud concepts (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product configurations and API integrations.
• Define BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Finxact and Savana.
• Partner with Product to shape the roadmap for new features.
• Write test scenarios and manage end-to-end testing across channels.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Produce operational reporting for deposits, lending, money movement.
